"Gerry Baxter facilitated the Williams Lea Leadership Team Strategy Conference in 2006. The agenda included: setting and agreeing the business direction, clarifying our strategy, organisation design issues and key action plans. The preparatory work was critical to the successful outcome and involved Gerry working with the business to agree the objectives and desired outputs, undertaking stakeholder interviews with the CEO, Board & Executive team members and taking time to understand our business priorities. Gerry was very effective in engaging everyone in the process and keeping the senior team focused and on track during the 2 day Workshop. In particular, he added valuable insights and practical examples from both the public and private sector to the discussions and challenged the team thinking on several key issues. Gerry has an engaging style which worked extremely well with our Leadership team and the session delivered some excellent outcomes. The feedback from the business leaders was very positive and we would not hesitate to use Baxter Neumann again for future Leadership workshops."
