Executive Recruitment

We offer our clients the full range of Executive Recruitment services in a unique joined up proposition.  To supplement the research, candidate CV and interview notes, our clients are shown a preview of the potential candidates on DVD.  This enables the client to be involved in the actual short listing process and saves valuable time for both clients and candidates.  

Typically BN assignments are in the base salary range of c.£70K to £300K.

Occasionally a client may want to ‘test’ the market interest rather than undertake a full search.  For a reduced budget, BN can offer the client team qualified research to allow them to complete the closure process internally with the benefit of a long list of good prospective candidates.
