Our client is a successful business solutions/outsourcing company, rapidly expanding through acquisitions and organic growth.  The role has become available due to a succession move within the Group. This has created an opportunity for a Managing Director to join the business, to shape and deliver the strategy, grow the team and work with some of the most prestigious client brands in the FTSE in Financial Services, as well as Public Sector and Not for Profit.   This role will appeal to a highly successful Sales/Marketing Director who is ready to take the next career step and lead a business.    

You will come from a business services or possibly a consultancy background, ideally operating in a BPO environment. Your remit will be to grow the business to existing and new target clients.  The position has a high degree of autonomy with full P&L responsibility supported by a commitment from the Group to continued investment in people and technology.   

The role will appeal to an individual with a dynamic/entrepreneurial style, accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.  You will be a motivational leader with integrity and high standards and most importantly have the ability to build strong relationships with senior client contacts.
