Your brief is to determine the technology agenda as a member of the Executive team. Responsible for the innovation process you will inspire your team to research and develop solutions for demanding industrial environments leading to maximum sales opportunities globally
You will be a visionary with proven ability leading an innovation team, with some notable achievements under your belt. Accustomed to working in a client facing role supporting business development, you will identify product development opportunities. With stature and excellent relationship management skills you will have the ability to ‘sell’ ideas to clients and to the Executive team.
Candidates will have a BSc degree (or equivalent) backed up by business experience from an appropriate sector e.g. oil and gas industry. You will be a strategic thinker, enjoy working in a fast moving environment, with a hands on approach to leading the end to end product innovation process.
