  • We use accredited/globally recognised survey tools e.g. OCI or Wave to analyse the culture of an organisation and the gap between current and target (including the difference between the Leadership’s view and the rest of the business).  In addition, we undertake stakeholder interviews and conduct facilitated focus groups to enable a true understanding of the culture to be captured
