The '1 to 1' relationship between the coach and the client is critical and therefore prior to engagement it is important to consider the chemistry, style, background and knowledge of the coach and how he/she will interact with the client. We have a number of coaching professionals, all of whom are qualified to use psychometric assessment tools including, 360 degree feedback, Myers Briggs, OPQ, the WAVE, 16 PF et al.
