Following a successful year of delivering management training programs for more than 150 managers across the BBC, Baxter Neumann has been retained for a further period to deliver critical skills training in: Performance Management and ‘Managing Difficult Conversations’. The feedback from delegates showed the highest ratings for delivery quality, relevance and subsequent application in the job.
