Baxter Neumann's New Appointment
Baxter Neumann has strengthened its management team by appointing Caroline Brown as a Director.
Caroline was previously Global HR Outsourcing & Shared Services Head for Tata Consultancy, where she pioneered their global platform approach to transformational HR outsourcing. Prior to which, Caroline held a senior executive role at Accenture HR Services. Her early career was spent with KPMG and working in the financial services and insurance industries. Caroline will bring to Baxter Neumann a wealth of knowledge and experience about HR Shared Services & Outsourcing and provide our clients with independent advice and expert insight to inform their decisions.
