"We have been going through a major change programme which has involved new IT systems, processes being redesigned, new colleagues joining the business as well as some people having to leave. Roles have changed significantly and new organisational structures implemented. The technology and process piece has been the 'easy bit'. Over the last four months we have focused on the people changes and culture we want to create. The key has been to achieve buy-in at the top so that the leadership team are completely aligned and speaking with one voice. Even with lots of goodwill this can be challenging. Baxter Neumann have supported us on the design and delivery of the Culture work and facilitated our Executive Workshops.
