BN was set up in 2000 by a group of senior people from leading corporate brands (Barclays, LloydsTSB, BAE Systems,  Diageo) and global consulting backgrounds (Accenture, KPMG, PwC, McKinsey).  The BN team has held Executive level roles in FTSE 100 organisations, combining Director and Board level experience, in Change Management, OD and Headhunting.  In addition, a number of the team have Practice Leader and Partner level credentials in some of the world’s leading consulting firms.

We service clients across a range of industry sectors and functional areas including: HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Legal.  Our business model enables us to scale up or down to meet client needs:  from 1 to 1 executive coaching to workshop or conference design and facilitation, to management of multimillion pound change projects where we provide subject matter and programme management expertise.
